Good benefits and you get paid what you’re worth as a sales person
Cons
Management on all levels is terrible. The system responsible for customer interactions and orders is fragmented and inefficient. A lot of pressure is placed on frontline associates for responsiblities that are outside of any part of the job discription. Big emphasis on regular cold calls. An over all Deceitful approach to getting associates to make cold calls. And the customer base is the worst humanity has to offer.
