Pros
Wonderful company to work for! The Values and Behaviors of the organization are the core of the business. The leaders in the company truly look after their associates. -Pay (now but it did take forever for them to get there) -Health Ins. -time of -work/life balance All in all, this is a wonderful company to work for!
Cons
For being in the wireless industry the company is a little slow to change. Working with business accounts, you sometimes don't always have the tools that you need to win business. Some of the business processes don't make any sense even with new changes that are coming, it doesn't seem like enough information is gathered and we are going back after something is launched to fix it.
