      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere, great opportunity for advancement. Was a great place to work and leadership organization was a main focus. Taught me how to become a more effective sales coach.

      Cons

      To Small to take over the big guys. USC was always behind on phones and technology. They always wanted to take the safe bet with proven technology I would of love to see them lead. After Jack left the company went down hill fast.
