Benefits are superb, hours are good

A once great company to work for reduced to a miserable place for employment. Morale is incredibly low due to constantly being threatened that you will be fired if you do not make enough money for the company. Poor decisions by corporate leadership have led to a major decrease in customer base, yet it is blamed on in store and customer service center employees. The new computer system turned on last summer does not work, preventing employees from providing quality customer service, causing billing nightmares, and major disruptions in service. Research this companies quarterly financial reports for insight into the downward spiral this business is in. Also research their customer facebook posts to see what their customers think. Unless your taking a job as a corporate executive (where the pay is incredible, knowledge of business operations and lack of insight on how to motivate employees are required), then this is not a company you will want to work for.
