I worked here as a Service Technician and unfortunately the position was gutted so that the company could stay competitive in offering plans that corresponded to their competitors. The store level management was great, unfortunately it is hard to feel any job security watching positions such as the Service Technician and Inventory Coordinators just vanish with no semblance of a contingency plan once they are gone.
