Pros
It’s a decent paying job if you work hard enough.
Cons
In 2020 they lowered how much you could make on commission though. Management in some store is terrible and goes unchecked because there’s no accountability for managers. The corporation doesn’t care about their employees at all. They will move someone across the country then cut their position 6 months later without hesitation.
