Pros
Like any workplace, having the right people around you can make all the difference. The company culture has moments of great enjoyment for the people working there.
Cons
Being a small telecom, the pressure to gain and maintain customer base is felt very constantly by all customer facing positions. This often resulted in employees feeling pressured to act unethically or treat those around them unjustly to try and keep the appearance of good performance up to the high expectations of managers above them.
