Pretty good benefits Offers at least a day for you to be able to work from home depending on your department/role within the company Discounted cellular carrier or even unlimited that you only pay taxes/insurance (only outside Chicago land area markets)
Cons
Lately, too many aggressive changes all at once due to keep up with a competitive environment with other wireless companies. Too many leaders not enough employees to do the work. Work life balance...still trying to get better on this
