      Great atmosphere, good culture, good pay, plenty hours to work. Ability to advance into higher position are good.

      Sales systems needs improved, communication needs improved. Commission structure needs improved across metrics. Marketing needs improved.

      Pretty chill on slow days.

      Cons

      The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
