      Strong and consistent commission structure.

      Cons

      The organization suffered a great deal when Jack Rooney stepped down as CEO. He has since passed away. He was the most effective CEO I've ever worked for. While he was a bit lenient in some instances, his overall approach to treating his employees properly was lost when he left.
