Your colleagues, some become family. Helping people. Associate discount. Vacation time/PTO. Hours aren’t killer & close at decent hours weekdays and weekends.
Cons
Passive Aggressive Management Staff. Retaliation from management staff. Lack of informing on schedule change and required training changes until just before those events occurred. Doesn’t matter how hard you work or how good at customer service you are: If you consistently can’t hit unattainable quota ratios they’ll let you go anyways.
