good insurance 401K is good hire dum people as managers that have on wirless expt. if you dont kiss your managers tail you will never move up

This place has went down hill fast ben here allmost 4 years when i started it was great good pay good managers i even went into a leadership training program after witch i was never asked about moving up or geting a manager job then when i asked they said i did not meet the requarments. if you dont kiss your managers butt you will never move up. they controll if you move up or not and if they dont like you you want move up. oh and this new plan stuff then did cut our pay by 505 and then did not come out and tell us that they just tryed to cover it up : and the DO is trach now they changed it and did not even tell us. i am leaving as soon as i find a better place
