Pros
Benefits are great and work schedule is pretty flexible which is always a plus. Shuttle service also provided to be able to move around multiple sites which is also good.
Cons
There's just not enough room for growth. Severely under paid which makes life a little hard. Make sure you really like what you do so you're not miserable. Professors are so engulfed with their research and expect their staff to bend over backwards.
