You'll work with some of the brightest and most passionate people in the medical field! Human Resources in particular has very much of a family feel which is a refreshing change from other places I've worked.

Career paths for all disciplines is an area that requires further attention when thinking long term for the organization. The organization has bright individuals who have much to contribute. It is necessary for the leadership to recognize and nurture them so that they can reach their full potential.
