Pros

Vacation and sick time accrue every month. You can roll over amounts of each according to how long you've been employed. All different types of clinics, so you're helping a wide range of people. Benefits/Insurance is dang good. Employees are generally nice.

Cons

No innovation, no care to be efficient, ideas are shot down due to old policy and unwillingness to change. They will sure change everything though if it means bringing in a big name doctor to the establishment. They'll pay them high 6 figures for minimal clinic hours and then tell me at the end of the year that there will be no merit raises (max 4%) because it's not in the budget. If you don't negotiate well upon hiring, you will be stuck at the bottom of the totem pole unless upper management has a thing for you or you transfer departments.
