Pros
- A great place with great people to work with and learn from - Talented faculty - World class research facilities - UTHealth is surrounded by other world class research institute (Baylor, Rice, Methodist) which makes for very conductive environment for collaborative research - Excellent benefits
Cons
- The pay rate for graduate research assistants is a little low for the amount of work they do and the amount of education they hold. - Parking within in the medical center is very expensive.
