Uveye raised some serious capital from companies like Volvo and Toyota. The technology is innovative and you get to do things which are unique.

Cons

There are some organisational changes but seems like the management have it under control.

Pros

Excellent company culture with a very supportive team environment. Onboarding was thorough and well organized, and there are plenty of resources available to help employees succeed. Training is comprehensive, leadership is invested in employee development, and cross-functional teams are generally collaborative and responsive. Overall, the organization feels well run and employees are set up with the tools they need to be successful.

None that stand out based on my experience so far.

Great culture, engaged leadership, a true open-door policy, and the agility to pivot and tackle problems quickly. Team member feedback is encouraged and heard.

Cons

The benefits package is not quite top tier, but I've certainly experienced worse. Overall, this has been a wonderful career transition for me.
