Pros
My interview process was super smooth. My recruiter made sure to understand exactly what I wanted out of a role and throughout the process I was able to verify that I would be able to SDR the way I wanted to. Furthermore, I asked my final interviewer (who would be my manager) if he could take an hour out for my last interview instead of 30 minutes. We scheduled for an hour but he answered every single one of my lingering questions which ended up taking over the hour. His time showed me that I was a valuable candidate, which was then proven further by very fair salary negotiations. Since I have begun here, it is clear that my opinions are valued, which is all I wanted at my last company. The environment is welcoming (even to puppies!) and it makes you WANT to produce revenue for a company that clearly cares about you.
Cons
Obviously you need to keep in mind that it's a start up, it comes with all the startup cons. I will say though, in the past two months, STRIDES have been made organizationally and I can't wait to see the sales team become a well oiled machine.
