Pros
Benefits are OK went down hill two years ago and health insurance is really expensive. The co-workers are generally the best part of the company who are not in management.
Cons
They are number based, they say they care about employees but that is just lip service. You will be overworked, stressed out and under paid. Management has no clue what you do on a daily basis nor what it takes to get that job done. Bring Band-Aids, you will be stabbed in the back multiple times and the HR department DOES NOT HAVE YOUR BACK. The communication is most all done by email, very little engagement face to face unless you have done something wrong. They are top heavy in management and generally is led by Men a good old boys club. Little to no home/work life balance and the HR department has done things in promotions that are clearly against the labor laws but everyone is afraid to step up. They lead people by fear.
