Benefits and being able to take off whenever. My coworkers were very nice however. This is the only thing I liked. It's a very racist company as well.
Cons
No opportunity to grow. Unable to move to different areas in the company unless you kiss someone's butt. Favoritism to the maximum. This is the worst company I've worked for.
