Pros
-Fair Compensation and Excellent Benefits (I started with more vacation time than my mom has currently working at Verizon, and that doesn't even include sick leave) -Opportunities for Advancement are in no shortage -Great Entry Level Jobs for college graduates whether clinical or non-clinical -Not for Profit 501-C3 (which means your employment qualifies for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program)
Cons
-parking, Parking, PARKING! Parking is very limited and you will most likely have to pay to park in a surrounding lot (It should be noted though that you do get a free bus pass each year)
