Pros
-The people are amazing. UW Health definitely hires respectful, caring, intelligent individuals who truly care about each other. -The environment is always positive and fun. UW Health/UW Hospital & Clinics is a company that truly cares for their employees and respects a healthy work/life balance. -The benefits are GREAT! They are very generous including great PTO and sick time and it's awesome that the WRS (WI Retirement System) is something you can be involved in. -They offer a great wellness program that helps you stay focused on healthy habits and shows how much the company cares for your well being. -Overall, it is just a fabulous place to work and I always enjoy coming to work. It's definitely a company that you can be proud to be a part of!
