Secure place to work but wages stink - Blue Collar Department Worker UW Health Employee Review

Wages are not good. After ten years I've finally hit $13.00 an hour. Middle managment has no clue what's going on in their departments and they never listen to their employees as to better ways to get the job done. The employees are the frontline workers and we do the job but managment thinks they know more about our job than we do. There's no schedule, planning or organizing in my department. How do you expect to serve over 6000 people with no form of organizing?
