Pros
I was working at the American Center location which is the newer, advanced hospital and wellness center. The place is clean and beautiful! The small group of dietitians that work here are supportive and willing to help another out. I enjoyed my coworkers; everyone treats each other with dignity and respect. My manager made himself available to talk with and always gave a listening ear. I had the opportunity to fill in at the other hospitals associated with UW Hospitals and Clinics, but the teamwork and communication here is far superior. I left the position because of a move.
Cons
Some issues with CBORD digital menu system that could take away from dietitian's other tasks for the day. Hours really fluctuated (though pay rate per hour was good), so I decided pick up another part time job to supplement income (manager was cool about it).
