      Feeling like you are making a difference Team members & coworkers Large company with lots of opportunities

      Cons

      Senior leadership, especially the C-Suite, is so completely out of touch with what happens on the front lines, it is scary. They spend hours on things that don’t matter, instead of focusing on the major issues that need to be changed. So many politics within the executive team. Playing favorites and letting unprofessional and unethical actions slide.

      This is a really great, hard working team with many wonderful and talented people.

      Cons

      Management overseeing this team is very poor as of recently. Employees are being mistreated. UW Health was once considered a respectable organization that.I was proud to work for.. Now, it has become all about the money and the metrics; not about their employees, or even their patients.
