Pros
Nurses are compensated well. Always ways to pick up extra shifts if you're trying to save up some cash. Lots of career paths in a very inclusive environment.
Cons
Lots of upper and middle management that makes it difficult to make changes for the better. Lots of staff and providers that trained and have only worked at UW which creates a vacuum for innovation sometimes.
