      UW health is an above average healthcare system and I’d trust my care to them any day. My job as a social worker is wonderful and rewarding.

      There is no opportunity for advancement for social workers so many leave after just a few years.

      This is a really great, hard working team with many wonderful and talented people.

      Cons

      Management overseeing this team is very poor as of recently. Employees are being mistreated. UW Health was once considered a respectable organization that.I was proud to work for.. Now, it has become all about the money and the metrics; not about their employees, or even their patients.
