UW Health is incredibly top heavy with unqualified management. They completely overpay them too. In some cases they are trying to prep their resume for their next job.
In surveys a lot of other problems about culture, pay, and benefits came up but the company conducting the survey deleted all of them before the CEO reviewed them.
There is absolutely no ability to move up in the organization. Most people you meet have been in the same position the entire time they have been at UW Health.
They have slowly been cutting benefits every year. When you work here for long enough it will become obvious how little management cares for their employees.
