Leader styles vary greatly. Which results in uneven experiences as an employee. Very beaureaucratic. Waiting for decisions is painful. Decisions are changed on a whim. Hard to tell who really makes decisions - it's not my manager or director.

This is a really great, hard working team with many wonderful and talented people.

Cons

Management overseeing this team is very poor as of recently. Employees are being mistreated. UW Health was once considered a respectable organization that.I was proud to work for.. Now, it has become all about the money and the metrics; not about their employees, or even their patients.
