Doesn’t care about employees - Patient Scheduling Specialist UW Health Employee Review

Organization seems to be more focused on hiring more managers and executive staff than front line staff. Very top heavy. They also seem to be focused on building new construction when they don’t have money to do so. As a result they have to ask managers to hold off on posting line staff positions because they need to find 140 million dollars to balance the budget. Priorities are messed up.
