Pros

UW health was a welcoming environment which I felt I was able to be myself while getting support from my peers.

Cons

The work location was less then ideal there was no parking on site which made these a little difficult at times.

Pros

This is a really great, hard working team with many wonderful and talented people.

Cons

Management overseeing this team is very poor as of recently. Employees are being mistreated. UW Health was once considered a respectable organization that.I was proud to work for.. Now, it has become all about the money and the metrics; not about their employees, or even their patients.
