Pros

I was in the desktop support position at the Rockford location for around 15 months. The team was great to work with. The training was very good and the job duties was diverse. I definitely learned alot in this role. The management staff was very good as well. They provided helpful feedback that helped me grow as a technician.

Cons

I can't say there was any downside as the job was exactly what it was supposed to be, supporting end users who take care of patients.

Pros

This is a really great, hard working team with many wonderful and talented people.

Cons

Management overseeing this team is very poor as of recently. Employees are being mistreated. UW Health was once considered a respectable organization that.I was proud to work for.. Now, it has become all about the money and the metrics; not about their employees, or even their patients.
