Pros
Good benefits, the nursing staff is nice to a degree. The day shift manager is very professional and respectful.
Cons
The majority of management does not care about the staff other than bodies to fill spots. If you get hurt, the only thing you get from managment is an I'm sorry. Pay is not even worth what you're required to do unless. You have to be willing to let people disrespect you just because the nursing staff doesn't want to deal with it themselves. The local police do nothing to help in violent and threatening situations and refuse to make arrests. The company claims to be inclusive but if you don't have left-wing views you're an outcast. the department officers group in a click and if you're not liked they send complaints to HR for the same bad behavior they take part in but you're the only one getting writeups for it. The bullying is atrocious. If you call out of work and use your PTO they write you up for using it more than 3 times in 12 weeks. And one more thing, You get written up for everything you do or don't do and an accusation is enough proof to be a write-up unless you have undeniable proof of it not happening. He said, She said is taken as proof without evidence. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!!
