      Pros

      I miss the people I worked with over in Rockford IL. The compensation wasn't that bad too in Rockford area.

      Cons

      I wasn't a huge fan of the management but if it was in a different hospital with the same set of people, I'd go back there in a heartbeat. Some micro-managing. Everything you do is just not enough.

      This company has its cliques and you will feel isolated if you don't blend in as expected. If you find yourself not quite fitting in, it is best to find another company to work for.
