Pros
company is very organized and particular in how they want things done. It's their way or leave. Which can be good. Training provided was very good and safety is of high concern of theirs. We were provided a covid pay bonus of +5$/hour
Cons
lots of unexpected overtime, due to high turnover rates and not enough employees, which is expected from a warehouse job. Management can be troublesome. Some management staff don't care about their work and don't seem to work as hard as others. Other management staff work too hard (pick up the slack) and are not given the proper thanks.
