There are good hard working people that want to do well. I am still there (barely) because I haven’t completely given up that things will be handled/addressed correctly for those not aligned with company vision and expectations. However after 5 years of inaction it’s hard to believe that positive change will actually and maybe just maybe Myself and others that are dedicatedI will be recognized vs taken for granted.

Keep toxic (leaders especially) allowing unacceptable behavior conduct and violation of company code
Communication is very poor…it’s inconsistent,For example managers are not provided with direct email accounts so it’s a community email box. This causes a large amount of information to be read by the wrong audience and is not communicated if read by the wrong leader
