Pros
Benefit Cosmetics is a major vendor, they are Amazing. Ulta has a large amount of free product (gratis) and access to product knowledge.
Cons
Low Pay. Inexperienced Management. I opened a store as a Benefit Brow Employee. They Hired 50 people to get the store up and running. After 3 months the entire staff was cut down to 12 employees. It was a popularity contest. They cut peoples hours to less than one 4 hour shift a week. It was horrible. I was "safe" from budget cuts due to Benefit Cosmetics providing my payroll hours. There were many many days where I was the only employee on the sales floor and one cashier with one missing member of mgmt. It was ridiculous. There are no ethics in America anymore.
