Pros
The work environment in my store was amazing. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and it was just an overall wonderful experience to have a work place you were excited to go to everyday. I enjoyed the sales, product knowledge, and of course, the benefits that come with the job.
Cons
Not many. I felt very fortunate with my store. There was always room for improvement and moving up, great team, and great store. There was a big emphasis on culture and values which I appreciate, as well as management always being understanding and helpful when it came to work life.
