Dear Former Employee,
Thank you for your work as a Career Services Advisor in support of our value to Champion Student Outcomes. Our institutional culture is guided by our core values, which include to Act with Integrity, to Pursue Results with Purpose, and to Commit to Employee Success. We work hard to live up to these values every day. With that said, we were disappointed to read that you found your experience at UMA stressful.
We understand that the role of a Career Services Advisor can sometimes be challenging. And we tell our Career Service Advisors that from the beginning when we set our expectations and work with them to help them succeed. We do provide training, invest in systems, and set targets to support our students during every step of their journey at UMA, including their job searches. Through our efforts to develop relationships with healthcare employers and to help arrange and prepare our graduates for interviews in their field of study, we help them launch or advance their careers in healthcare.
We are an institution that is committed to continuous improvement and recognize that feedback from our students, employees, and former employees is critical for our ongoing development.
