Pros

The pay...which is 16 an hour...is the only thing worth stay for. Oh yea..and the food trucks are tasty I guess.

Cons

They put all employees on a 3 month temp role and tell you that all the leads they give you are hot when really your calling people who have never heard of the school at all. The Directors are all very sketchy and lie to your face to keep you from quiting before they fire your first. I would like to say the stuff is good but it's really a place for teen moms, people with no degrees and ex cons...pretty much a trap like the actually school itself. Oh and the training that you only get for a week is a joke. You pretty much sit in a class room that's below freezing with a man with a slimy beard reading over a script and telling you that whatever sales training you have is wrong and it will hurt you. As of recently a few new directors that have hit the floor only got their jobs by "servicing" upper management, clearly showing that there is only one way to keep your job...know the Vice President and his team "personally". If you have an interview or got an offer from this job...RUN...16 an hour may sound good but trust me you can find it somewhere else. As a current employee, I learned the hard way.

Wow, you really sound as though you are having a miserable experience. I can only offer you advice from two people who are perhaps the most opposite: Confucius said, "Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated." Audrey Hepburn said, "The most important thing in life is to be happy - to enjoy yourself - that is all that matters." Why not take all that negative energy and hate towards others and put it towards improving yourself and the lives of others around you? Find something you enjoy... why wait another day? Life's too short... Best wishes to you on finding your calling.

Pros

Overtime available, when need it

Cons

The work environment was highly scripted, making it difficult to build genuine rapport with prospective students. Employees were expected to follow approved scripts very closely, and even small deviations could be treated as compliance issues. At the same time, compliance expectations were not always clearly communicated, which created unnecessary stress. Management felt overly focused on micromanagement, contributing to a high-pressure work environment. During my time there, I also heard a prospective student comment on what they perceived as a lack of diversity within the organization, which stood out to me. Overall, I found the culture stressful and inflexible. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this employer to those looking for a supportive workplace with clear expectations and the flexibility to communicate authentically.
