- Unrealistic expectations
- Immoral and deceptive business practices (you are not helping prospective students by “getting to know them” then weaponizing their life goals to convince them to commit to a $30,000 mostly unusable diploma/degree)
- Company equipment was dirty, smelled horrible, and they needed to send out new equipment
- Suspiciously aggressive sales tactics including calling prospective students up to 8 times a day (regardless of how nice or respectful your admissions representatives are this is WRONG)
- Admissions reps are trained to not allow prospective students to hang up during the initial call, this includes us being told if a student is at a doctors appointment we should “offer to stay on the phone with them and standby while they wait” so we don’t lose the sale. This is very sketchy and completely uncalled for.
