There has been a lot of change over the years - acquisitions and leadership changes. The company will be sold again soon. However, Advent doesn't like to sell to sharks who will steal the technology and let go of the people. Advent has a reputation to uphold in that regard. A lot of the negative reviews came from sudden culture changes a few years ago. Many benefits and policies are now in line with industry standards, for better or worse.

Project focused but not trying to pressure people to meet unnecessary deadlines

Support systems are out of date and not industry standard. Company was trying to hard to run lean to be purchased
