Pros
Unboxed is a great place for people who enjoy learning new things (fast!) and figuring out creative solves. There are so many opportunities to test theories and try new approaches. Because it's a smaller company and things can get busy, you definitely have to own your development, but the support you receive to do so is unmatched. Since we're so cross functional I love the fact that I've been exposed to so many parts of the company. I've really had an opportunity to build and get feedback on skills that would otherwise sit on the back burner if I worked at a bigger company.
Cons
Unboxed experiences many of the little pains any growing company goes through. Sometimes things can get stressful but the culture is strong and the support of the people around you is fantastic.
