Unboxed's products and services are innovative, exciting, and game-changing for the companies that use them. Unboxed's people are second to none: smart, caring, and energetic. And while the work is hard, it's rewarding. It's a great feeling to know you were a part of something that has the potential to truly transform other organizations and the lives of their people.

Cons

While the workload to team size ratio is a bit off, we always find a way to deliver exceptional work to our clients.

Pros

Unboxed is one of the most special places I've worked. The people here are genuine, they care about your wellbeing, and they encourage you to bring your whole self to work. I'm constantly impressed with the PTO benefits, choice of equipment and tools we can use, and ability to speak up and have my opinions and suggestions heard.

Cons

Unboxed is fast paced and there is a lot of change that happens as we keep up with our clients. Fortune 500 clients can change very rapidly and we have to sometimes turn on a dime to support htem. This can create lots of churn and rework that can be frustrating at times.
