8yI'm glad to hear that our easy-going nature suited you and that you enjoyed assisting our customers. I am disappointed to hear that our management team did not seem consistently nice regardless of our seasonal demand. Our Customer Service team relies heavily on metrics to understand how our representatives are serving our customer, which should make sure that we have our high performers stay on for as long as possible. I appreciate you sharing this feedback and will check in with our CS Managers to ensure that our process is thoughtful and continues providing our customers with the award-winning customer service that they deserve.
