We have just completed Preventing Harassment training for managers and team members across the company, with 100% participation. This is something we take very seriously and we work hard to ensure we abide by legal and ethical business practices. With our entire company operating under one roof, our Founder and CEO spends a considerable amount of time walking the floors, engaging with all team members and has even spent many hours/days working in the warehouse during our busiest time of the season.
