5yThank you for submitting your feedback on your time with Uncommon Goods from 2018. We thank you for the contributions you provided and are grateful to hear from you again. As you noted, our Customer Service Team is currently working remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, we are a seasonally based business model and cannot accommodate more shifts or longer duration as our demand isn’t quite the same as it is during the holiday season. However, we do hope to reach that point someday. As for perks and benefits for the seasonal team, I would love to hear your thoughts on some suggestions you may have as to what can be offered. We currently have a reward & recognition program for our top performers, attendance bonuses, and an end of season job fair to help our seasonal team find longer-term positions and opportunities.
