One improvement we are actively making involves creating additional tiers of professional advancement within our Customer Service team. Year-round Customer Service team members would be able to advance in tiers based on learning specific skillsets (coaching, management, specific administrative responsibilities), which creates a clearer growth path to advancing to supervisory roles and up. We're also continually exploring modes of internal advancement that allow team members to explore work in other departments. Feedback such as yours encouraged us to pursue this change! #WeAreAlwaysLearning
