The staff is young, energetic and highly motivated. Many of them are truly inspirational people to work with. The work place itself is a very positive place to be in. Staff is supportive and always makes time for a quick discussion about a student. Better school to work in than other charter school I worked at in the past. Alums often come back to visit and talk about how much they miss the school, which shows how much of an impact the school and the teachers have had on the students
