Pros
-Exciting opportunity to be apart of a growing company -Ability to move around within company -Great energy and young culture -Amazing company parties and work perks
Cons
-Work/life balance is off. -Reviews are done from the top down. I think reviews should also be done from the bottom up and of peers to get a more accurate perspective. -Teammates are wearing many hats and doing a teams worth of work. -Need better processes in place and more resources. -No HR or IT in NY office. -Tight budgets. -I've witnessed several Senior Managers mistreat and disrespect their teammates and have a very bad style of management. When these teammates speak up to HR and other Senior Managers, the word of the Senior Manager is given more credibility.
